New Piparra Sauce

Sauce made with local products and certified by Eusko Label whose main ingredient is piparra (180gr net per 290gr jar of sauce)

Pepechup

Mild and smooth piquillo pepper emulsion, dairy and flour free, in which we have balanced the typical acidity of the pepper so that the flavour of the dish in which we use it can take centre stage.

Pipar Saltsa

Vizcaina Sauce

Traditional Basque sauce with bell pepper as the main ingredient. There are many varieties, among which we have opted for the one with a fresh hint of slowly-reduced tomato and a dash of white wine. Let’s hope the people of Bilbao don’t find out what we do in San Sebastián!

Salsa Pil Pil
